New "Supreme Jury" Concept

Many courtroom trials in the U.S. have become lightning rods for controversy. When certain groups of people do not get the verdict they want or think the verdicts should be, they take to the streets. When these groups do this, they are in a mad rage of anger and are always destructive. They are so enraged at this point, that they are willing to, and most always do, destroy their own communities, burn down businesses and homes, and even resort to physically hurting and sometimes killing anyone who gets in their way. As voter fraud or elections fraud fosters mistrust among our citizens, the Unitarian Party is dedicated to coming up with solutions that will put an end to the mistrust in elections. We also will introduce ideas that will make our citizens feel more confident that a fair trial has been delivered to persons on trial, no matter what race, religion, or sex they are. Or how much money they have. We are introducing to you, the all-new "SUPREME JURY". The Supreme Jury gets its name from the concept of the Supreme Court. It will be a "super jury". The Supreme Jury will only be used for high-profile cases, and cases that can possibly have verdicts that will ignite a firestorm of controversy in the nation. It will consist of people from all around the country. This is done to eliminate having people from around the area of a defendant, so as to eliminate that person from having a jury that would be biased to the defendant. It would also eliminate having a predominately all-white jury for say a Black defendant and an all-Black jury for a white defendant. The Supreme Jury, therefore, will consist of 4 Black, 4 White, 4 Hispanic, 2 Asian, and 1 Native Indian. These numbers are somewhat representative of the proportion of our country's racial makeup. With this makeup, almost no one can claim racial bias in a trial. While even this plan is not perfect, we emphatically state that something has to be done to improve the current state of our judicial system, or else we are going to tear our beloved America apart! If anyone has a better idea than our Supreme Jury concept or improvements or ideas for it, please let us know. This is the difference between the Unitarian Party, and the other two ineffective Parties...that is, we will actually listen to our American brothers and sisters, and try to come up with solutions together!
